This Travel CE combines the breathtaking experience of sailing through Alaskan waters during the Summer months with a comprehensive overview of innovations and essential techniques in restorative dentistry.

Course Description
This course will provide a comprehensive overview of innovations and essential techniques for success in restorative dentistry. A significant amount of material will be presented focusing on the "pearls" we all strive to glean from clinically based presentations. In addition, the course will include an update on dental materials, clinical techniques, and digital dentistry in restorative dentistry.
Objectives
At the completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand new approaches for the management of caries lesions
- Learn treatment options for discolored teeth
- Discuss recent advances in adhesive dentistry
- Understand the latest ceramic materials and their clinical applications
- Understand variations in Laminated Porcelain Veneer preparations and their clinical application
- Select the appropriate cement for most clinical situations
- Understand the concept and history of CAD/CAM technology, digital flow and digital dentistry
- Understand the criteria for material selection in digital dentistry
- Review Shade Selection and Color in Dentistry
- Learn techniques for restoring worn dentition.
- Critically appraise the evidence in the literature for the use of the systems discussed in the course
